Please carefully read through the terms and conditions before placing your orders. Once placing an order at Qubila you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.

Hand Made Products

Our products are handcrafted by beautiful humans from raw natural materials and are not machine made, therefore please welcome small imperfections and minor colour-size variations. Items may not be exactly the same as the photo product. This is part of the hand made process, which is what makes our products unique and defines its overall aesthetic which just add to its story. Payment & Pricing:

Prices on Qubila are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of goods & service tax (GST). If you are using a credit card to purchase Qubila products from overseas with an alternative currency, the New Zealand Dollar (NZD) amount will be charged at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Ordering Procedure

All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. All items are subject to availability, we will notify you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Because all our products are handmade it will take 10-15 days to manufacture by our skillful artisans 

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel a generic order from the moment you place the order until 14 working days after you have received the goods.
Bespoke items cannot be cancelled or returned.

Complaints

Please note, any damages to your order must be notified with us within 72 hours of receipt via email or writing. Returned items must be returned in original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Please note returns postage and packaging is none refundable.
